It will mainly be providing call center services in the Indonesian market.

CBN and transcomos reached a basic agreement pertaining to establishment of the joint venture company on November 22, 2012. (*) The newly-established PT. transcosmos Indonesia will offer integrated call center services such as Call Center, Social Media Management and Voice Of Customer Analysis that supported by the know-how accumulated by transcosmos through its 45+ years’ experience in the Asian region markets such as Japan, China, and South Korea. In the future, transcosmos Indonesia plans to offer digital marketing and eCommerce outsourcing.
