  • Report all complain, inquiries and request to CRM
  • Commited to give excellent service to maintain CSAT Score

Skill Requirements

  • Educational Background min D3 any major IPK min 2.75
  • Fluent English speaking and writing and excel proficient is a must (Supporting)
  • Experience in same positio in Contact Center BPO (Contact center min 1 th)
  • Experience at industry ecommerce
  • Ready for shifting and work under pressure
