- Follow up daily operational: Analysis, research, and reply chat and comment.
- Create monthly report and other report requested.
- Communicate with client.
- Provide data.
- Create and monitor operational.
- Do operational if needed.
- Check and maintain quality operational.
Skill Requirements
- Have a good communication skill.
- Have good Computer skills.
- Have a sense of Reporting, Analysis and Research skills.
- Experience in social media is preferred.
- Experience in Contact center is preferred.
- Fluent in English both Speaking and writing.
- Willing to be placed in Bali Area.
Educational Level
- Educational Background Min. S1 Any Major.
