Project Planning:
To lead any kickoff on-boarding projects or tasks.
To take overall ownership of integrated development & creative projects from brief to fulfillment.
Working closely with strategy planner and operations teams to determine campaign scope, produce strategy and schedules for the client.
Identifying, managing project and expansion opportunities (new services).
Project Delivery:
Maintain project plans and communicate effectively across functions. You will be the one who responsible of the
project deliverable, in terms of the quality, budget and on time execution. Motivate and manage cross-teams under tight deadlines. Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant processes where necessary.
Project Expansion: Manage communication with client related issue project, opportunities to expand project, and make sure customer satisfaction. Create proposal ideas and concept to expansion project and collaborate with internal team.
Reporting
Provide job reporting to the Operations Manager and Unit Manager on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly, to budget, KPI and schedule. Ensures all stakeholders to manage and report project update, operational outcome for projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Escalates any analysis related budget, issues, potential expansion (new services) in all projects to Unit Manager.
Skill Requirements
Minimum 3 of working experience in IT project management/client services/product management roles.
Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns/projects in a creative and agency service.
Experience of project budget management and scheduling.
Experience of website/apps development (UI/UX) is a must.
Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
Have skill to create documentation flow and flow chart.
Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client in the cycle of a project.
Business proficiency in English.
Have skill to manage project budgeting and cost project.
