Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Create compelling campaign content, including copywriting.
Community Management: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active online community.
Manage and moderate community platforms, including WhatsApp groups, forums, and social media channels.
Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify and cultivate community advocates and influencers.
Organize and facilitate online and offline community events and activities.
Monitor community sentiment and identify potential issues or crises.
Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.
Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign performance and community engagement.
Generate regular reports on campaign results, community growth, and engagement metrics.
Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and community management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience managing and moderating online communities.
Experience with WhatsApp community management is highly desirable.
