Job Detail

  • Monitor campaign performance, validate participation, manage prize distribution, and ensure brand continues to grow Monthly Active Members and member retention through data-driven campaign execution.
  • Strategic Role: Ensure campaign execution quality and community retention growth by monitoring, validating, tracking, and reporting campaign performance and participation results.
  • This role protects: Campaign Integrity → Community Growth → Monthly Active Members → Retention. Core Objective: - Increase Monthly Active Members (MAM). - Improve New Member Retention. - Ensure campaign participation data is accurate. - Provide clean campaign result reports for strategic analysis.
  • Key Responsibilities: A. Campaign Monitoring & Data Tracking. A.1 Monitor campaign results inside platform database. A.2 Track: number of participants, login activity, repeat participation, new member growth. A.3 Validate data consistency with Data Team.
  • B. Submission Moderation & Validation. B.1 Check campaign submissions: eligibility, duplication, completeness. B.2 Flag suspicious or invalid entries. B.3 Coordinate with Community Admin if needed.
  • C. Retention & Growth Monitoring. C.1 Monitor: Monthly Active Members trend, New Member retention (30-day behavior), Participation growth month-to-month. C.2 Identify early warning signals.
  • D. Prize Distribution & Cost Tracking. D.1 Manage campaign prize distribution list. D.2 Ensure winners are verified. D.3 Track actual campaign costs vs planned budget. D.4 Update cost and timeline to Supervisor.
  • E. Reporting & Documentation. E.1 Create initial campaign result report: Participation numbers, Cost vs plan, Growth metrics, Retention signals E.2 Submit report to Supervisor for deeper strategic analysis.
  • F. Daily Coordination. F.1 Join Morning Brief (08:00-08:15 WIB). F.2 Update team on: campaign status, issues, risks, growth signals.
  • Key Outputs - Campaign monitoring dashboard. - Submission validation log. - Prize distribution tracker. - Campaign cost tracking sheet - Monthly campaign result report (initial version).
  • KPI Ownership Primary KPIs: - Monthly Active Members Growth. - Campaign participation rate. - New Member 30-day retention.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital campaign, CRM operations, or community operations.
  • Experience handling campaign reporting or digital performance monitoring.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheet ability.
  • Comfortable reading platform database output.
  • Basic understanding of retention metrics, engagement metrics, campaign KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented & structured.
  • Strong time management.
  • High discipline (must attend 08:00 daily brief).
  • Proactive reporting.
  • Problem flagging mindset.
  • Good coordination skills (remote collaboration).
