- Create daily TikTok content based on trends and content plans.
- Develop content ideas and contribute to weekly content planning.
- Shoot video content independently or with the team.
- Edit videos into engaging short-form content.
- Act as talent/host in videos when required.
- Utilize existing creative assets to maximize content output.
- Monitor and research TikTok trends (content, sound, caption, challenges).
- Prepare captions and hashtags for each post.
- Ensure content aligns with brand style and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the content and production team.
Skill Requirements
- 1-2 years in content creation or social media (TikTok preferred).
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and audience behavior.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, etc.).
- Confident to appear as talent/host.
- Able to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Fast learner and able to follow trends quickly.
- Experience growing a TikTok account.
- Basic storytelling and content structuring skills.
- Familiar with Instagram Reels or YouTube Short.
Educational Level
- Diploma 3 (Multimedia, Visual Design, Film, or related field (flexible with strong portfolio).
