Job Detail

  • Lead and manage the creative operations team to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow execution.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Monitor project execution, team productivity, and operational KPIs to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, workload management, and task prioritization across the team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PM, Operations, and other departments to support project success and resolve workflow issues.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, then implement corrective actions or escalate when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and team performance.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members.
  • Prepare regular operational, productivity, and project progress reports for management review.
  • Support business objectives through effective operational planning, creative support, and team management.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative operations, digital agency, or production industry, with at least 2 years in leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows, operational management, and project execution.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams such as Designers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Copywriters, or UI/UX teams.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow optimization, KPI monitoring, productivity management, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience creating and improving SOPs, operational processes, and documentation systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross functional coordination skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiar with creative and project management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Educational Level

  • University(S1) Design, Multimedia, Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
