Job Detail
- Lead the development and execution of recipes requested by the brand owner.
- Ensure the quality of taste, presentation (plating), and recipe practicality for each dish.
- Utilize the brand’s mandatory seasoning products creatively in every recipe.
- Lead and coordinate the recipe team consisting of Assistant Cook, Food Stylist, Nutritionist, Creative Assistant Production, and Kitchen Helper.
- Conduct pre-production meetings to align the team before recipe development and content production.
- Develop and implement standardized cooking workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency in recipe production.
- Supervise the recipe testing process to ensure flavor accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the Inhouse Creative Production team during photo and video shooting sessions while cooking.
- Ensure that all recipes meet the required taste, presentation, and production standards before publication.
- Revise and reproduce recipes when results do not meet the required standards.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cooking and recipe development, preferably in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or professional kitchens.
- Strong knowledge and ability to cook a wide range of dishes, including: o Appetizers o Snacks o Indonesian cuisine o International cuisine
- Ability to develop recipes using various available ingredients while maintaining balanced flavor and nutrition.
- Comfortable working in a content-driven kitchen environment, including cooking during photo and video production.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Educational Level
- Graduate from a Culinary Arts, Culinary School, or Hospitality (Tata Boga) program.
