Job Detail

  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
  • Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
  • Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
  • Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
  • Create ideas to manage project expansion.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

Skill Requirements

  • Technical expertise: They must have a good understanding of full stack development (Rest API, Nest.JS, Laravel, Angular, PostgreSQL), the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
  • Communication: Project managers must be effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Organization: must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
  • Time management: must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Risk management: must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
  • Problem-solving: must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
  • Leadership: need to be able to lead their team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
  • Adaptability: must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Teamwork: must be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
  • Have experience as Project Management IT or Technical Lead in any relevant project mobile apps development and website development.
  • Have knowledge regarding API, Back End System, and Mobile App.
  • Familiar with data and project management tools.
  • Have skill to create documentation flow and flow chart.
  • Have skill conceptual thinking to make create ideas and proposal enhancement project.
