Job Detail

  • Verify and validate the nutritional information of recipes developed by the culinary team.
  • Ensure each recipe meets balanced nutrition principles based on appropriate nutritional guidelines.
  • Calculate and analyze macronutrient and micronutrient composition using nutrition calculation tools or databases.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the nutritional balance of recipes when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Head Cook and culinary team during the recipe development and review process.
  • Review approximately 240–280 recipes annually and ensure accuracy before recipes are published on the platform.
  • Document and maintain a database of validated nutritional information for all recipes.
  • Support the development of nutrition-focused educational content for brand’s digital platforms.
  • Appear as a nutrition expert in selected social media content, sharing practical nutrition tips, healthy cooking advice, and balanced diet recommendations.
  • Engage with the brand community by helping answer questions from platform members related to nutrition, healthy eating, and balanced diet practices.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the existing Nutritionist within the organization to ensure alignment with the platform’s nutrition strategy, educational direction, and overall action plan.

Skill Requirements

  • Must possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a licensed Nutritionist / Dietitian.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Nutrition Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of balanced nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and food composition analysis.
  • Familiarity with nutrition calculation tools or food composition databases is highly preferred.
  • Ability to translate nutritional information into practical and understandable recommendations for recipe development.
  • Comfortable participating in educational content creation or social media appearances as a nutrition expert.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with community members and collaborate with internal teams.

Educational Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
