Job Detail

  • Project Planning: *To lead any kickoff on-boarding projects or tasks. * To take overall ownership of integrated development & creative projects from brief to fulfillment. * Working closely with sales, strategy planner and operations teams to determine campaign scope, produce strategy and schedules for the client. Identifying, managing project and expansion opportunities (new services).
  • Project Delivery Maintain project plans and communicate effectively across functions. * You will be the one who responsible of the project deliverable, in terms of the quality, budget and on time execution. * Motivate and manage cross-teams under tight deadlines. Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant processes where necessary.
  • Project Expansion Manage communication with client related issue project, opportunities to expand project, and make sure customer satisfaction. * Create proposal ideas and concept to expansion project and collaborate with internal team Reporting * Provide job reporting to the Unit Manager and General Manager on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly, to budget, KPI and schedule. * Ensures all stakeholders to manage and report project update, operational outcome for projects in a timely and accurate manner. * Escalates any analysis related budget, issues, potential expansion (new services) in all projects to Unit Manager.?
  • Strategic Leadership * Develop and implement the overall project strategy, aligning with business objectives. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. * Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Team Management * Lead and mentor a team of project managers. * Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback. * Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals.
  • Client Relationship Management * Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Proactively identify and address client needs. * Manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Technical Expertise * Possess a strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, CDP & CEP systems, and ticketing systems. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project alignment with technical requirements.
  • Quality Assurance * Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. * Conduct thorough testing and reviews to identify and resolve defects.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven track record in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of website development, mobile app development, CDP & CEP systems, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific technologies and frameworks relevant to the projects.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
