Job Detail

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to effectively monitor, track, and report project progress across all phases of system development.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless and efficient project execution.
  • Ensure all system development projects are delivered on time, within approved scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead project initiation and planning activities, including requirements definition, scope validation, and technical feasibility assessment.
  • Ensure optimal allocation and availability of resources, including development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to align expectations and outcomes.
  • Measure and evaluate project performance using appropriate project management methodologies, tools, and KPIs.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Proactively report project status, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Propose and implement strategic initiatives to support system enhancements and project scope expansion.
  • Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical artifacts.

Skill Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of application and system development concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints to development teams. Knowledge of mobile application development is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, expectations, project updates, and technical information to team members, stakeholders, and clients. (English will be advantage).
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, schedules, and resources across concurrent projects.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet tight deadlines without compromising project quality.
  • Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential project risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent negative impacts on delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly assess issues and implement effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capability to guide teams, provide clear direction, motivate members, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and constraints, adjusting plans and strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared project objectives.

Educational Level

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field experience min 2 year.
