Job Detail
- Responsible for driving social media growth and performance through data-driven insights, performance analysis, trend monitoring, and strategic collaborations.
- This role oversees social media reporting, identifies opportunities to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement, supports community and content teams, and develops recommendations to increase brand awareness, reach, and follower growth across all social media platforms.
Skill Requirements
- Experienced at least 2+ years managed and monitored the performance of social media accounts.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and social media campaign performance reports using tools such as Fanpage Karma, Brand24, Looker Studio, and native platform analytics.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor industry trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
- Provide insights to the Creative & Production team on content performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Community and Creative Production teams to support social media growth initiatives.
- Identify and approach potential brands, communities, and partners for collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment, and community feedback through social listening activities.
- Support and guide Social Media Admins to ensure consistent execution and engagement across social media channels.
- Develop social media growth recommendations based on audience insights, market trends, and performance data.
