Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice and visual identity.
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and active community by encouraging user-generated content and participation.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and platforms to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.

Skill Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager 1 University(S1) any major.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns in the insurance is plus.
Able to speak in English and create report and presentation in English.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software (sprout social, fanpage karma, hootsuite, etc).
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Have experience and familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
Strong analytical skill.
Have knowledge create editorial plan and copywriting in each platform.
