Job Detail

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies to engage and grow our online community in several platfrom IG, FB, Tiktok, and Website.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Assign tasks, manage workloads, and oversee the execution of social media campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and active community by encouraging user-generated content and participation.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new features and platforms to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
  • Develop and implement crisis management plans to handle any negative publicity or social media crises.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any issues that arise, maintaining the client's reputation.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager 1 University(S1) any major.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns in the insurance is plus.
  • Able to speak in English and create report and presentation in English.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software (sprout social, fanpage karma, hootsuite, etc).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Have experience and familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Have knowledge create editorial plan and copywriting in each platform.
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Power Point and Excel.

Educational Level

  • University(S1) any major.
