Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
Conduct timely constructive feedback and counselling of the trainees
Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new
hires and existing customer services
Responsible for the training administration and report.
Skill Requirements
Minimum D3/S1 education background
Fluent in english is a must both speaking and writing
Have minimum 1 year experienced in the same position
Have strong knowledge in Ecommerce
Customer esperience oriented and team work player
Good communication and strong analytical thinking
Fast learner and problem solver
Willing to be placed in Semarang and working on shifting scheduled
