• Lead end-to-end video production from planning to final output.
• Set up and manage camera, lighting, and production equipment.
• Direct framing, composition, and shooting techniques aligned with editing needs.
• Ensure all footage and digital assets are high-quality and reusable.
• Act as the main cameraman for key productions (e.g., Trivia & TNE content).
• Produce motion graphics and animated videos.
• Edit videos for social media and digital platforms with high quality.
• Ensure all outputs pass QA standards with minimal revisions.
• Manage and maintain proper file organization and asset management.
• Prepare equipment requirement lists for production needs.
• Coordinate equipment usage with related teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance and accountability of all production equipment.
