Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution to position the brand as the top choice for cooking inspiration.
Develop creative content and KOL/KOC collaborations, leverage social insights and trends, and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms through close cross-team collaboration.

Persyaratan Keahlian

Experience 2-3 years in this position.
Ability to translate business objectives into effective campaign strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels (awareness consideration conversion).
Skilled in analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and Google ecosystem.
Experience in identifying and selecting relevant KOLs/KOCs/Clippers.
Ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, execution, and evaluation).
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Data-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong awareness of content trends, especially in food/cooking category.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for ads, social content, and KOL briefs.
Experience guiding creative teams and ensuring output quality.
