Detail Pekerjaan
- Lead weekly and monthly content planning for Trivia & TNE.
- Define content direction, themes, and production requirements.
- Create clear and effective creative briefs for the team.
- Conduct trend research (TikTok & META) to keep content relevant.
- Collaborate with TikTok Content Creators to plan engaging content.
- Oversee pre-production preparation, including monthly planning documents.
- Manage production needs (talent, props, location, setup).
- Direct and guide talent to ensure content aligns with the concept.
- Review and ensure content quality before production and publishing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., copywriting/web content).
Persyaratan Keahlian
- 4+ years in content planning/production with team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, META).
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and develop a team.
- Able to translate ideas into structured, engaging content plans.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience managing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
- Basic understanding of video production workflow.
- Experience working with talent/influencers.
Tingkat Pendidikan
- Diploma 3 of Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field (flexible with strong portfolio).
