Detail Pekerjaan

  • Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking recipes during production sessions.
  • Prepare ingredients, kitchen tools, and cooking materials before recipe production begins.
  • Support the cooking process to ensure recipes are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform food styling and plating to ensure dishes look attractive and suitable for photo and video content.
  • Assist during photo and video shooting sessions, including adjusting plating, garnishes, and presentation as needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the kitchen production area.
  • Ensure ingredients and cooking equipment are properly prepared and available during production.
  • Support the team in ensuring each recipe meets the expected visual presentation and preparation standards before publication.
  • Assist in repeating or revising recipes when results do not meet the required standards.

Persyaratan Keahlian

  • 1–2 years of experience in culinary roles such as kitchen staff, cook assistant, or food preparation in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or food production environments.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with food styling, plating, and visual presentation for food photography is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a content production environment, including assisting during photo and video shoots.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the production team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions from the Head Cook.

Tingkat Pendidikan

  • Graduate from Culinary Arts, Culinary School, or Hospitality (Tata Boga) programs.
