Detail Pekerjaan
- Menangani instalasi PC baru, Laptop, dan perangkat periferal lainnya.
- Handling of installations system such as windows 10/11 and configure network settings for work space
- Performing standard repairs for hardware/software
- Analyzing the failed equipment (Laptop/PC) according to the established procedures and taking the appropriate action
- Assist the support calls and conducting the general diagnostic for troubleshooting
- Maintenance of the desktop software
- Analyze desktop problems related to connectivity to network/Server/Application environment
- Report desktop problems and their solutions to technical leader
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Gelar Sarjana atau Diploma jurusan Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.
- Have 1 year experience in the same field
- Have an excellent communication skills in order to provide flawless support
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Linux etc
- Have a strong knowledge of all desktop and malware applications
- Proficient in installation and troubleshoot for various software and hardware systems
- Able to adapt to the work environment and good problem solving skills
- Fast learner and team work oriented
- Willing to be placed at Semarang

- Gelar Sarjana atau Diploma
