Detail Pekerjaan
- Follow up project request from offshore and do confirmation to the related team regarding their availability to handle the project.
- Support Unit Manager in creating a weekly and monthly report.
- Help Unit Manager regarding member management, and support member if there is problem happen in projects or among members.
- Confirming actual workload and conduct project budget management and checking approval of billing invoice from each offshore project.
- Giving guidance and support the member in term of Japanese language and checking the report before submitting to Japan.
- Report project progress to manager and escalate problems that might hinder the project progress immediately.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Japanese Skill N2 or N1 (preferably N1).
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Have a good communications & organization skills. (both written and speaking).
- Strong analytical & logical thinking.
- Able to work under tight deadline and highly motivated.
- Go through details and result oriented, pay attention to the process as well.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of Digital World.
- Ability to multi-task and priorities accordingly.
Tingkat Pendidikan
- University(S1) preferably Japanese, education, or any related major.
