- We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, campaign execution, and continuous optimization.
- The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large-scale advertising budgets, deep understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong experience with (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Ads etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Familiar with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation).
- Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in financial, e-commerce, automotive, or tech industry.
