Perform daily manual monitoring on Threads using predefined keywords and hashtags.
Monitor conversations, comments, and replies to identify audience sentiment.
Categorize sentiment into Positive, Neutral, and Negative.
Capture evidence of important discussions through screenshots.
Produce daily monitoring reports with actionable insights.
Conduct weekly competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
Monitor potential crisis issues and escalate immediately.
Track recurring customer feedback and emerging conversation themes.
Maintain accurate monitoring logs and documentation.
Prepare daily monitoring reports.
Collaborate with Social Media, Community Management, and Strategy teams by providing actionable insights.

Persyaratan Keahlian

Minimum 2 year of experience in Social Media Monitoring, Community Management, Social Media Operations, or Digital Marketing.
Experience monitoring organic social conversations is preferred.
Active user and strong understanding of Threads.
Familiar with Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Able to perform manual sentiment analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to create monitoring reports and documentation.
Experience using social listening tools is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fast response during crisis situations.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience in Financial and Insurance Brands is plus points.

Tingkat Pendidikan

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
