- Create monthly report and other report requested,
- Provide and checking data,
- Create Editorial Plan.
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization across channels.
- Monitoring Comments and Feedback: Keep a watchful eye on comments and feedback, addressing any negative comments or issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that activities are delivered as planned.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Develop social media campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Has advance skill in Microsoft Office.
- Has experience in Social Media Officer.
- Female (preferable).
- Has good communication skill.
- Able to work in agile and fast adaptability.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
Tingkat Pendidikan
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
