- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship for member.
- Organize and delegate tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they are on brand and effective.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.
- Ensure that all social media content is high-quality, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitor social media activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

Persyaratan Keahlian
- Have experience with social media minimum 3 years.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Well English skills, both written and spoken.
- Have experience communication with internal and external team.
- Strong understanding social media, campaign, KOL and advertisement.
