• 1. Oversee the technical aspects of projects, from planning to deployment. 2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. 3. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. 4. Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation 5. Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks. 6. Facilitate communication between the development team and other departments. 7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process. 8. Contribute to the codebase as needed, particularly in complex or critical areas. 9. Provide regular updates on technical progress to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and timelines (Reporting) 10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
