Detail Pekerjaan
- Lead end-to-end video production from planning to final output.
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, and production equipment.
- Direct framing, composition, and shooting techniques aligned with editing needs.
- Ensure all footage and digital assets are high-quality and reusable.
- Act as the main cameraman for key productions (e.g., Trivia & TNE content).
- Produce motion graphics and animated videos.
- Edit videos for social media and digital platforms with high quality.
- Ensure all outputs pass QA standards with minimal revisions.
- Manage and maintain proper file organization and asset management.
- Prepare equipment requirement lists for production needs.
- Coordinate equipment usage with related teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance and accountability of all production equipment.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in videography and video editing.
- Proven experience in end-to-end video production.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation and video production techniques.
- Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong motion graphics and animation capability.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Good asset management and file organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of social media content trends (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
Tingkat Pendidikan
- Diploma 3 Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
